Ryan wanted this to look like a new york Soho apartment....so we added a real brick wall, huge old beams and custom iron work!
This was a wierd flex space, and Ryan is passionate about writing so I designed this office niche with a mix of industrial materials and glass looking vinyl tiles for the ceiling....I like to believe that this is where he was writing Deadpool!
This dining area was a fun space - his artist friend supplied the art...the dining table is solid wood and needed 4 men to put it in place! We can just catch a glimpse of the custom concrete bar countertop were we inlaid pieces of hand selected glass and beads it really was stunning
